These elite cowl/hood extension panels are designed for 2018+ Peterbilt 389 Long Hood (131″ BBC) models. Sold in pairs, each of the panels have 4 X2ACG2 LED lights. Designed to be used with 4″ wide skirting and elite lower hood panel. Use with MD8494 and MD5183. Hardware, lights and harnesses included.

The elite panels are designed to follow the contour of the cab.
